What do I do?
Inside the app you’ll find Montana’s curated classes, The Montana Method, The Mashup, Tramp & Tone as well as short workouts and a beginner series. New videos are uploaded weekly to help you build strength and keep challenging yourself. Clients are encouraged to build their own schedule freely, choosing classes from our extensive video library.
What do I need?
•Yoga mat or padded mat
•Arm weights optional. Light set (2 pounds) and heavy set (5 pounds).
•Ankle weight optional. (2 pounds suggested)
•Towel (prepare to sweat!)
•Water
To access all features and content you can subscribe to The Montana Method on a monthly or yearly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.
